All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
International Shipping Note: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote regions. Customs fees may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your outdoor living products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return request must be initiated within 15-day window
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used Citronella & Wax products
- Outdoor Dinnerware & Drinkware with opened packaging
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items marked “Final Sale”

Refund Process
